WHAT WE DO
Empowering Communities for Sustainable Change
At Rural Community Care (RCC), we are dedicated to alleviating poverty and enhancing livelihoods in marginalized communities across Somalia. Our mission focuses on empowering vulnerable populations through education and economic opportunities. We strive to improve access to quality education, particularly for the girl child, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for a brighter future.
Creating job opportunities for youth in both formal and informal sectors is a key priority for us. We believe that economic empowerment is essential for sustainable development. Through vocational training and entrepreneurship support, we equip young people with the skills they need to succeed in the job market. Additionally, we promote civic awareness and education to engage communities in understanding their rights and responsibilities.
In times of crisis, RCC responds swiftly to provide emergency aid and support disaster preparedness. We understand that vulnerable communities often face significant challenges, and our initiatives aim to build resilience. Our capacity-building programs strengthen local organizations, equipping them with essential skills to address community needs effectively.
Advocacy for human rights and gender empowerment drives our efforts to create inclusive societies. We collaborate with local and international partners to maximize our impact, fostering a network of support for those in need. With a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality services, we invite donors, volunteers, and partners to join us in our vital work. Together, we can champion the rights of the underprivileged and drive positive change in Somalia.
